1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Used or damaged items (unless faulty on arrival)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
